Not every graduate trainee programme is the same. In some
companies, hundreds of graduates are taken on each year and are fed
into a one-size-fits-all process. In our view, that's a rather
dispiriting way to start your career.

actuarial and investment practices - and you'll be treated as an
individual from the word go. In partnership with your appointed
study mentor, you can plan your own training programme so that it
meets your specific needs. That means you can progress at a pace
that suits you. You'll have all the support you need to prepare for
and pass your exams, and ultimately qualify as an actuarial
consultant.
