Investing in you

As a trainee actuarial consultant at Hymans Robertson, you'll be a valuable member of the team from day one. Your success is an absolute priority for us and we are committed to making the appropriate investment in you.

We want to help you achieve your professional qualifications within your preferred time frame. So, we provide a comprehensive training and exam package that you can tailor for yourself. We'll also offer you time off for personal study, mentoring from a senior colleague, and membership of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.

You'll have the opportunity to work in a number of areas across the firm, enabling you to apply your newly-acquired skills in the real world. Plus, the size of our business and team-based structure means you will be working directly with both Hymans Robertson partners and senior client representatives.

You'll also be working directly with our clients from the outset - something that can't be said about every graduate trainee programme.

My people manager empowers me to drive my own career in the direction that suits my skills and that I am interested in
