Hymans Robertson is committed to pursuing excellence in
Corporate Social Responsibility, which is an integral part of our
planning and development process:
- Caring for the Environment: From travel
arrangements to use of office equipment, we encourage all employees
to consider their use of resources and to recycle where
possible.
- Looking After Employees: Our whole
culture is based on strong internal communications and involving
employees in all that we do. Health and wellbeing workshops and
profit-sharing are two specific examples.
- Supporting Worthwhile Causes: Through
our Charity Fund, we encourage employees to donate their time to
local causes, and each office is increasingly taking more of an
active role in this.

Ethical principles are a key part of our investment advice, and we
work with a leading expert in socially responsible
