These Conditions of Use apply to your use of a  web site ("Site")  operated and published by the Hymans Robertson Group, save that these Conditions of Use shall not apply where a website owned or operated by a subsidiary or other entity has its own specific conditions of use.
By using the Site you agree to be bound by these Conditions of Use. Please read these Conditions of Use carefully before accessing any other pages in the Site. Your use of the Site is conditional upon your acceptance of these Conditions of Use. If you do not agree to these Conditions of Use, please leave the Site immediately.
We reserve the right at any time to change the Site or the Conditions of Use

2. Interpretation

In these Conditions of Use "Hymans Robertson Group" means collectively Hymans Robertson LLP, Hymans Robertson Services Limited and Hymans Robertson Financial Services LLP and any subsidiary or other entity to which either Hymans Robertson LLP, Hymans Robertson Services Limited or Hymans Robertson Financial Services LLP may transfer all or a substantial part of its undertakings from time to time and any bodies corporate together with the partners, members, agents or employees thereof.
In these Conditions of Use "you" or "your" or "yours" means anyone accessing the Site and "we" "us" or "ours" means Hymans Robertson Group.
Any reference to a partner in relation to Hymans Robertson LLP, Hymans Robertson Services Limited or Hymans Robertson Financial Services LLP is a reference to the members or employees of that LLP or company who are given the title partner.

Lists of members of Hymans Robertson LLP and Hymans Robertson Financial Services LLP are available for inspection at One London Wall, London, EC2Y 5EA.
Hymans Robertson LLP and Hymans Robertson Financial Services LLP are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority and the Institute of Actuaries. Prior to 1 April 2005, Hymans Robertson LLP and Hymans Robertson Financial Services LLP traded as partnerships, Hymans Robertson Consultants & Actuaries and Hymans Robertson Financial Services, respectively.
Hymans Robertson LLP, Hymans Robertson Financial Services LLP and Hymans Robertson Services Limited are registered for VAT purposes with VAT registration number GB918394102.

We have no control over Third Party Sites and do not endorse or approve the content of any Third Party Site. 6. Computer Viruses

We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Site does not contain any malicious software such as computer viruses, Trojans or spyware, however, we recommend that you use up to date anti-virus software to check all downloaded material and regularly scan your computer for the presence of malicious software.

We (or the relevant third party owner of the intellectual property rights ("Third Party Owner")) retain all ownership and intellectual property rights (including any copyright and database rights) to all material, devices, service marks, trademarks and logos displayed in this Site.

Your personal information is collected to provide you with information requested about our services.  Access to the information provided by you is only available to our employees meet your request.
Details will not be passed to a third party, unless required by law or you consent to such disclosure.
We are the data controller of any personal data collected through this Site and will process such data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998.
We have implemented reasonable and appropriate measures in order to protect the personal data we store from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction. We rely on the accuracy of the information you provide to us.  If you think that we hold information about you that is incorrect in any way, or out of date, or you simply want to notify us of something new, please contact recruitment@hymans.co.uk and we will use reasonable endeavours to update/correct it.
Under UK data protection law you have a right to see a copy of the personal data we hold about you ("subject access"). If you require such subject access you may contact us at recruitment@hymans.co.uk.  We may charge for a request for access in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.

11. Indemnity

You hereby indemnify Hymans Robertson Group and each member of the Hymans Robertson Group against all costs, expenses (including but not limited to reasonable legal costs and disbursements), losses and damages arising from or incurred by reason of any claims, demands or actions that arise as a result of your breach of these terms and conditions.

12. Remedies

If in our sole opinion, you have failed to comply with any of the provisions in these Conditions of Use, then we may take all or any of the following actions:
(a) Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use the Site or any part thereof;
(b) Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any posting or material uploaded by you to the Site or any part thereof;
(c) Take further legal action against you; and/or
(d) Disclose such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary.

13. Jurisdiction

These Conditions of Use and the content of the Site shall be governed by English law and you agree that the English courts shall determine and shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes relating to your access to or use of the Site.

If any court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these terms and conditions to be void or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be ineffective to the extent of the courts finding without affecting the validity and enforceability of any remaining provision.
