subsidiary or other entity to which either Hymans Robertson LLP,
Hymans Robertson Services Limited or Hymans Robertson Financial
Services LLP may transfer all or a substantial part of its
undertakings from time to time and any bodies corporate together
with the partners, members, agents or employees thereof.
In these Conditions of Use "you" or "your" or "yours" means anyone
accessing the Site and "we" "us" or "ours" means Hymans Robertson
Group.
Any reference to a partner in relation to Hymans Robertson LLP,
Hymans Robertson Services Limited or Hymans Robertson Financial
Services LLP is a reference to the members or employees of that LLP
or company who are given the title partner.

Financial Services LLP are available for inspection at One London
Wall, London, EC2Y 5EA.
Hymans Robertson LLP and Hymans Robertson Financial Services LLP
are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority
and the Institute of Actuaries. Prior to 1 April 2005, Hymans
Robertson LLP and Hymans Robertson Financial Services LLP traded as
partnerships, Hymans Robertson Consultants & Actuaries and
Hymans Robertson Financial Services, respectively.
Hymans Robertson LLP, Hymans Robertson Financial Services LLP and
Hymans Robertson Services Limited are registered for VAT purposes

11. Indemnity
You hereby indemnify Hymans Robertson Group and each member of
the Hymans Robertson Group against all costs, expenses (including
but not limited to reasonable legal costs and disbursements),
losses and damages arising from or incurred by reason of any
claims, demands or actions that arise as a result of your breach of
these terms and conditions.
12. Remedies
If in our sole opinion, you have failed to comply with any of
the provisions in these Conditions of Use, then we may take all or
any of the following actions:
(a) Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to
use the Site or any part thereof;
(b) Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any posting or
material uploaded by you to the Site or any part thereof;
(c) Take further legal action against you; and/or
(d) Disclose such information to law enforcement authorities as we
reasonably feel is necessary.
13. Jurisdiction
These Conditions of Use and the content of the Site shall be
governed by English law and you agree that the English courts shall
determine and shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any
disputes relating to your access to or use of the Site.

14. Severability
If any court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of
these terms and conditions to be void or unenforceable for any
reason, such provision shall be ineffective to the extent of the
courts finding without affecting the validity and enforceability of
any remaining provision.
